The 2018 General Use Permit Application was submitted on November 21, 2016 to the Santa Clara County Planning Office and is currently under review by the Santa Clara County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors.

Santa Clara County released the Final Environmental Impact Report (final EIR) for Stanford’s proposed 2018 General Use Permit, which confirms earlier findings in the Draft Environmental Impact Report, described below, that almost all environmental impacts of new academic and residential facilities can be appropriately prevented or mitigated.
